Some of the information we collect is non-personally identifiable information and some personally identifiable. These types of information are defined below and explanations are given as to how PHD uses that information.
Personally Identifiable Information
“Personally Identifiable Information” is information about a person that is readily identifiable to that specific individual. It includes, for example, an individual’s name, street address, e-mail address, or phone number. This type of information will not be collected unless you voluntarily submit it through email or submitting an online PHD form of some kind. An example of this would be to fill out and submit the Contact Us form.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
“Non-Personally Identifiable Information” is information collected through the use of cookies and web analytic software that tracks your browser info, session details, IP, and links followed. This type of information is generally used for aggregate analysis by our web team and then used to improve user experience and delivery of information.
Both personal and non-personal information, are used for internal purposes only. No information that we collect through the web site will be sold or shared with 3rd parties or unaffiliated groups.
Mailing Lists
When you create a retailer account with PHD, we will periodically send you email newsletters that contain new product information as it pertains to the gaming and hobby industry. If at any time you no longer desire to receive these gaming and hobby related updates, you may unsubscribe. There is usually a convenient unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails.
